Your struggles develop your strengths. — Arnold Schwarzenegger

We’ve all heard the focus on your strengths jargon right?

But what if you don’t know what your strengths are? Have you started there yet?

What are you naturally gifted at?

What comes easy for you?

What’s funny is even after I’ve gone through quizzes and strengths finder tests, I still doubt myself. Maybe that’s why I have a tattoo on my chest saying exactly that ‘Never doubt yourself’

According to Strengths Finder this is my strengths. You don’t have to do a test to determine what you’re good at. Just ask your friends and coworkers.

  • Communication
  • Self Assurance
  • Strategic
  • Developer (See potential in others)
  • Belief (Believe in the work you do)

The reality is many of the times of the day I don’t feel strong in any of these.

In addition, if our greatest strength can also become our weakness, then I’ve just outlined all my areas of struggle.

I can become overly in any or all of these areas and sabotage my life.

But this isn’t just about me.

It’s about you.

It’s about us.

Ask the questions.

Create better lives.
